Refund Policy
All orders are printed and shipped worldwide
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact us at info@dreamywallgallery.com. If your return is accepted, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own contact:

Once we have received the product and it is all good we will make the refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@dreamywallgallery.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders will be entertained within the first 24 hours following the order placement.
You may request a cancellation within the initial 24 hours after placing the order. If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded in full.
On the other hand, if a cancellation request is submitted 24 hours after the order placement, we will still process the cancellation; however, please be aware that the payment made for the order will be forfeited. This is due to the commencement of the production process, which incurs costs and resources.

Incorrect Information
Please be advised that it is crucial to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the checkout process. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided may result in delays or failed delivery of your order. As a customer, It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide are accurate, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and delivery address.
In the event that you realize you have provided incorrect or incomplete information after completing the checkout process, you must notify us immediately. You can do so by contacting our customer support team via email or you can directly click the chat button on the webshop. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in correcting the information, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to amend the details after the order has been processed.
If the delivery of your order is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, we reserve the right to consider the package undeliverable. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred, and the payment made for the order will be forfeited. We strongly encourage you to double-check the accuracy of your information before finalizing your purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge. You will also have to pay for the return postage.
